How do I return an item?
1) Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com to initiate a return
2) Customer Service will issue a Return Authorization number and provide you with a prepaid FedEx Waybill
3) Affix the label to the original box or packaging in which your order was received
4) Leave the package at the nearest FedEx Drop-off Location
5) All returns must be made within 14 business days of the date the order was received by the customer.
6) Once KJS receives the return, a credit will be issued for the item (s) returned.
7) Please ensure that all merchandise is returned unused and in its original packaging. KJS reserves the right to refuse to credit an order if cards are returned damaged, used, or otherwise neglected.
